Product testers typically apply through Shein’s official channels and are selected based on their profile and potential to provide valuable feedback.

Strong written communication, reliability, and time management help testers deliver thorough and timely feedback. These skills ensure that product insights are accurate and actionable, helping the brand improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
