Sheet Metal Estimator

Location: Aurora, CO (Hybrid)

Pay: $90K – $130K base + bonus

Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

What You’ll Do

• Lead estimating and bidding efforts for sheet metal / HVAC projects

• Perform detailed take-offs and cost analysis

• Review drawings, specs, and contracts to define scope

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors

• Attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, and scope reviews

• Prepare proposals and scope letters

What You Bring

5+ years of sheet metal or HVAC estimating experience

• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction bidding processes

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and contracts

• Experience with Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar tools

• Knowledge of local codes and regulations

• Field experience is a plus
