Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the emotional and psychological well-being of patients and their families:

Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ psychosocial needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.

Implement a comprehensive range of therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, tailored to meet the unique preferences and requirements of each individual.

Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in all patient dealings.

Engage in collaborative care planning by working closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and chaplains, to deliver comprehensive support that addresses both medical and psychological needs.

Qualifications-
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, underscoring your academic qualifications for this essential role.
