To thrive as a Remote Senior Fitness Instructor, you need an in-depth knowledge of exercise science, senior fitness programming, and a relevant certification such as ACE, NASM, or ACSM. Familiarity with virtual training platforms like Zoom or Mindbody, as well as wearable fitness trackers, is typically required.
