Location: Remote 

Terms: 3-6+ Months Contract

Contract duration will be 3 -6 months depending on the project.  

A candidate can choose to work part time that is 20hours a week or if available immediately, 40hours a week. Candidate has the flexibility to choose there work hours. 


Job Details:

Design and develop Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on complex software engineering challenges

Create reproducible testing environments with comprehensive specifications and golden reference solutions

Develop scenarios focused on:

Bug fixing and debugging complex software issues

Feature implementation and development

Codebase refactoring and optimization

Performance optimization and scalability improvements

Write clean, maintainable code that serves as a reference standard for AI model evaluation

Document problem specifications, solution approaches, and implementation details thoroughly
