About You

You are an experienced civil litigator who enjoys managing complex cases from inception through resolution. You are comfortable taking depositions, appearing in court, mentoring less experienced attorneys, and developing litigation strategy. You value professionalism, responsiveness, and delivering outstanding results for your clients.


Responsibilities
  • Independently manage a full litigation caseload.
  • Handle court appearances, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
  • Develop effective litigation strategies and case themes.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and strategy.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff across multiple offices.

Qualifications
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active Colorado Bar license required.
  • 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
  • Insurance defense experience 
  • Significant deposition and trial preparation experience.
  • Ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using litigation management and timekeeping software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

  • Base salary: $150,000–200,000, depending on experience.
