QA Tester (AI/Healthcare focused) Experience: 5-8 Years Location: Remote Department: Quality Assurance / Engineering AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, Tabnine) is a MUST! Please make sure it is listed within the body of the resume! Healthcare Experience is 100% required on the PAYER side!!! The above are non-negotiable! Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automated testing, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., Testim, mabl, Copilot for test generation) is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web and API layers.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate test case generation, defect prediction, and test maintenance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure traceability of test cases to business and technical requirements.
