Overview
The primary function of this position is to ensure the accuracy of production ready files for new screen print graphics while collaborating with internal teams to meet quality expectations. The processor reviews artwork, validates customer and order requirements, and verifies that all production information is complete and accurate. The role is also responsible for maintaining production-related data within company systems to support manufacturing workflows, searchability, and successful product execution. #LI-Remote

Essential Duties
  • Proof artwork for correct spelling, content, sizing, placement, and color.
  • Review order details, and customer requirements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Compare artwork and order information to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Access, interpret, and verify information from multiple systems.
  • Enter accurate data into the system to ensure artwork meets production standards.
  • Review digital mockups and customer approvals for accuracy and maintain accurate information after customer revisions.
  • Support multiple workflows and adapt to changing business priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Prioritize workload to meet production schedules, customer deadlines, and rush requests.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED or previous experience in Production Sheet Processing
  • General knowledge of Macintosh and PC computers
  • Knowledge of Oracle and the Art Master a plus
