Position: Business Analyst/Functional Tester with CMS Experience 

Location: Remote 

Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) 

Skills: 

  • Candidates should have experience with the BA responsibilities on custom software delivery projects as well as experience leading small teams. 
  • Be self-starters who have the desire and ability to learn a new system and its associated detailed business logic and data. 
  • Have experience applying a methodical process (such as use case/scenario analysis) to solving complex problems and analyzing issues. 
  • Be proficient (at least advanced skill level) with Excel, PowerPoint, and business process flow diagram tools such as Visio. 
  • Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong notetaking, issue summarizing, presentations, and correspondence.
