Our organization operates out of a Community Health Clinic setting, designed to provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for both staff and patients. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be at the forefront of delivering psychotherapy and intervention services to individuals struggling with various mental health issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for new clients and developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Implementing a wide range of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), aimed at addressing the unique psychiatric needs of each client.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to enhance care delivery and client outcomes.
• Participating actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to foster professional development and improve the quality of care provided.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources that could aid in their recovery.
• Staying informed on the latest advances in mental health practices and research to continually refine your clinical expertise.

In your role, you will work primarily with a diverse population of patients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our clinic emphasizes cultural competency, and you will have the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds, enhancing your ability to provide inclusive care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health services is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and foster a trusting environment.
• A proven capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing complex mental health issues is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient management.
• Skills in crisis intervention and stabilization are beneficial.
• Prior experience in community health settings or outpatient clinics will be advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
