Position Overview

Kids Peace Wellness Center is actively seeking dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidates will be instrumental in working with diverse populations to deliver comprehensive mental health services and evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs. This remote position requires a proactive and compassionate approach, focusing on empowering clients to overcome challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Work Environment

This remote working position allows for a flexible yet structured schedule, primarily from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. While the majority of your time will be spent working independently from your home or preferred workspace, you will remain an integral part of a supportive outpatient team, engaged in regular consultations and team meetings to ensure cohesive patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to devise personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customized to meet each client's unique challenges.
