This position operates within a remote work setting, primarily facilitating virtual sessions while integrating into the school environment as needed. The LCSW will have the flexibility to engage with their clientele through digital platforms, ensuring accessibility and safety in the delivery of mental health services. • Engage directly with clients experiencing mental health challenges, providing individualized assessment, therapy, and interventions.
• Develop and implement culturally sensitive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and needs.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, and coordinate with educators and professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, focusing on shared experiences and fostering community among clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in adherence to ethical and organizational standards.
• Assist with crisis intervention, using de-escalation techniques to support clients in distress effectively.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and continuity of care by monitoring client progress, admissions, and discharge criteria.
• Participate in quality improvement committees to evaluate and enhance service delivery processes.

This role focuses on working with a diverse population primarily comprised of school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. The LCSW will utilize their skills to create a safe space for clients to express themselves, learn coping strategies, and develop resilience in the face of adversity.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, with a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical or community-based setting, providing mental health services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, their families, and other professionals.
• An understanding of and sensitivity to the cultural backgrounds and experiences of clients.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.

• Experience working within school settings or with children and adolescents preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and culturally competent care practices.
• Experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment techniques.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
