Join the industry's leading long tail claim consulting unit. You will drive financial recoveries on behalf of corporate clients facing high-value complex liability challenges within our specialized Complex Liability Practice.

Core Responsibilities

  • Negotiation: Secure insurance recoveries and loss allocations directly from carriers and adjusters.
  • Policy Mapping: Review legacy insurance policy documents to build coverage charts and track payments.
  • Insurance Archaeology: Research and reconstruct historic multi-year corporate insurance programs.
  • Claim Management: Own the end-to-end insurer communication workflow, including notice, tender, and cost-share agreements.

REQUIRES:

  • Experience: 5 to 10+ years evaluating coverage on multi-year claims at an insurer, law firm, or insurance archaeology firm.
  • Core Skills: Long tail claim, Complex Liability Practice, Risk Management Solutions.
  • Domain Expertise: Direct history with mass tort and long-tail claims (Asbestos, Toxic Tort, Environmental/Pollution).
