• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering vital information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Collaboratively develop and execute individualized treatment plans detailing specific objectives and interventions aimed at enhancing client outcomes.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering peer support and skill-building among clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, developing safety plans to address any imminent concerns affecting client wellbeing.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Our clients range from children to adults grappling with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance abuse. You will play an essential role in offering culturally competent and clinically appropriate care to a diverse population, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet each individual client's unique background and experiences.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and the ability to apply them effectively in clinical practice.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Experience providing therapy in a community health clinic setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic interventions is an advantage.
• A background in trauma-informed care and crisis management is highly valued.
