Job description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for equity research professionals experienced in public company analysis, SEC filing review, financial research, investment memos, and structured analytical feedback.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on equity research analysis, SEC filing review, public company data extraction, financial disclosure assessment, investment research workflows, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their equity research experience to review company materials, analyze public filings, synthesize financial information, and provide structured feedback based on real-world research workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

SEC Filing & Public Company Review

  • Review public company filings such as 10-Ks, 10-Qs, earnings materials, investor presentations, and related disclosures
  • Extract and organize key information from SEC filings, financial statements, MD&A sections, risk factors, segment disclosures, and business descriptions
  • Evaluate whether filing-based summaries accurately reflect the underlying source materials
  • Identify missing details, unsupported conclusions, unclear interpretation, or inconsistencies in public company analysis

Equity Research & Investment Analysis

  • Review or develop company analysis, industry research, investment summaries, and equity research-style materials
