• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates to ensure a thorough understanding of each client's journey.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and establish treatment goals.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance personal counseling techniques and professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to provide optimum care and resources for clients.

Our client population includes children, adolescents, and adults seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. • Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted, and active LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficiency in using technology, including experience with RMS systems, spreadsheet software, and communication tools such as Microsoft Outlook.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort and proficiency in conducting intake assessments and forming diagnostics.
