To thrive as a Remote Scrum Master, you need a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and experience facilitating software development teams, often backed by certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, and video conferencing platforms is typically required.
