Job description

RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking talented Copywriter for an approximate 3-month project with the first 2-months at full-time and the last month at part-time hours.

While this is a remote position, RUN Studios can only consider candidates currently residing in the following states at this time: CA, CO, FL, ID, MI, NJ, NY, OR, TX, WA

We are seeking a Copywriter to bring new offerings — products, services, brands, and categories. Working across a complete portfolio of products and services, with cross-category and cross-disciplinary POV, improving customer experience around the world.

As a Copywriter, You Will

  • Help brainstorm concepts, write copy for packaging and detail pages, create scripts for demo videos, and dream up new ways to show customers how our client’s product can enrich their lives
  • Be the keeper of our client’s brand voice at every customer touchpoint
  • Present ideas professionally, but with an enthusiasm that sells them through the lens of strategy and creativity
  • Collaborate with a global team of talented designers and marketing managers

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • 7+ years of writing experience in an agency or in-house setting
  • An online portfolio of work showing both short-form and long-form copy across online and offline marketing vehicles
  • Experience developing digital campaigns that have global scale
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Unwavering dedication to craft from idea to execution
  • Have strong bias for action in a fast-paced, metric driven environment
  • Curiosity to dig several layers deep into success metrics; innate desire to understand key drivers
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on creative projects
  • The ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines

Compensation

Pay Range: $70.00 – $90.00 (Hourly)

The successful candidate’s starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Benefits:

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
