• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges to understand their unique situations and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans that encapsulate specific goals, intervention strategies, and methods for progress monitoring.
• Provide consistent counseling and emotional support to individuals and families facing a range of adversities, employing interventions that are evidence-based and tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized service plans, connecting them with community resources and services vital for their rehabilitation and well-being.
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning during urgent situations, helping clients navigate immediate threats to their safety or well-being.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with community agencies to coordinate services, advocate for client needs, and build a robust referral network.
• Participate in outreach activities aimed at raising awareness of community services and promoting our agency’s resources for those in need.
• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development training to enhance knowledge and skills necessary for effective service delivery.

The LCSW will primarily serve clients recovering from substance use disorders but will also support individuals and families affected by homelessness, mental health issues, and domestic violence. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program is required for this position.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a proven ability to engage with diverse populations effectively.

• Experience working in a social service agency, particularly in roles focused on mental health or substance use recovery, is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and community outreach methodologies is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, candidates can expect to receive:
