COMPENSATION
  • $25–$45 per hour (based on experience)
  • Overtime available
  • Year-round, full-time work
  • Paid Time off on day 1.
  • Second Shift Available - No On Call.
  • Up to $6,000 Sign On Bonus
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems (residential & commercial)
  • Work on A/C, heat pumps, ductless, oil & gas systems
  • Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot efficiently
  • Run service calls independently from a fully stocked take-home truck
  • Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
  • Use iPad & iPhone digital dispatching (no paperwork headaches)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years HVAC service experience (required)
  • Universal EPA Certification (required)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Clean, valid driver’s license (no DWIs)
  • Ability to lift equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces
