  • Position Overview

    Signia LTD is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Political Call Center Agents to join our remote team in Colorado. In this role, you will conduct outbound political surveys, collect and record accurate data, and support our clients’ research initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills while representing both Signia and our clients.

    This is a work-from-home position open to applicants in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, and Utah and who meet the technical requirements listed below.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls and administer political surveys using standardized scripts.
  • Collect and accurately record responses in the database system.
  • Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies, as well as ethical survey standards.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and attendance goals.
  • Follow scripts verbatim when required and maintain high accuracy.
  • Support survey research goals by collaborating with teammates and providing feedback to supervisors.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed on survey techniques and current political issues.
  • Handle omnichannel interactions, including voice calls (inbound and outbound), chat, SMS, and email.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements
  • Must be available to work on Sunday. (Required)
  • Flexible availability (days or evenings based on business needs).
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English. (Required)
  • Computer & Equipment Requirements
  • Desktop or laptop with Microsoft Windows 10 or higher, minimum 6GB RAM.
  • Highspeed internet with a wired connection to the router (WiFi not permitted).
  • Headset with mute button for calls.

    Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
  • At least 1 year of call center experience, ideally in political surveys or research.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.
  • Familiarity with political campaigns, elections, and current issues is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with diverse respondents.

    Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay: $15.50
  • Bilingual Bonus: Additional $1.00/hour for bilingual project work
  • Pay Schedule: Semimonthly
