Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain automated test scripts using modern QA tools.
  • Write and execute clear test plans and test cases.
  • Document test processes, results, and release notes.
  • Work with product and support teams to reproduce and analyze issues.
  • Provide direct remote assistance to customers to troubleshoot problems.
  • Occasionally assist with development and deployment tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in a QA role.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
  • Strong knowledge of QA methods, including writing test plans and bug reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $79,700 - $97,400 annually.  Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level.  Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
