The Mindful Retreat Mental Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position offers a lucrative annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, depending on experience, and presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled clinician to make a profound impact on the mental health and well-being of individuals, couples, and families.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote, ensuring that our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist can work effectively from the comfort of their home while connecting with clients via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a minimum of 25 weekly therapy sessions through telehealth methods, focusing on individual, couples, and family therapy.

  • Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to facilitate progress towards clients' therapeutic goals.
