The Mindful Retreat Mental Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is fully remote, ensuring that our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist can work effectively from the comfort of their home while connecting with clients via telehealth platforms. • Conduct a minimum of 25 weekly therapy sessions through telehealth methods, focusing on individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and personal circumstances, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to facilitate progress towards clients' therapeutic goals.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other mental health professionals and support staff to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client notes, treatment plans, and progress reports to comply with organizational standards and insurance requirements.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, employing therapeutic methodologies that promote safety and healing.

You will work primarily with diverse populations, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, reflecting a wide array of backgrounds and experiences. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Expertise in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling, with proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for therapy delivery.
