Labcorp is seeking a remote Inside Sales Representative to join our team supporting Richmond, VA, and surround areas.

Pay Range: $24.62 - $26.00

All job offers will bebased on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.

The position is also eligible for commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan.Commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics underthe plan.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.Employees who are regularly scheduled toworka 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO. Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell laboratory testing services to professionals in a variety of medical fields
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales growth in assigned territory
  • Successfully build and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updates
  • Build a sales pipeline that will provide ongoing revenue goal achievement
  • Accurately forecast and maintain a sales funnel of new opportunities in-line with a 90-day quota
  • Effectively manage activity to maintain revenue and encourage organic growth
  • Collaborate closely with team members to retain current book of business
  • Effectively communicate value propositions to all targeted customers and prospects
  • Collaborate and actively contribute to new business opportunities with LCA counterparts
  • Update all relevant customer account information into Salesforce CRM
  • Provide ongoing customer support, education on focus products and market updates for current customer base
  • Support special projects and other assigned tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of virtual customer service experience, including customer engagement, problem resolution, and account support
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to create and edit documents, use basic Excel formulas, and prepare simple presentations.
  • Basic proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Webex), including joining meetings, using chat, and collaborating on documents.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • 2 years of virtual healthcare client service experience, supporting providers, clinics, hospitals, or sales teams with a focus on understanding client needs, serving as a trusted point of contact, resolving issues, driving ongoing engagement, and expanding accounts to support revenue growth.
  • Basic Salesforce proficiency - ability to navigate the CRM, manage data, and complete routine tasks.
