• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing culturally competent and evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific conditions.
• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including medical professionals, case managers, and peer specialists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Facilitate connections for clients to community resources, including educational programs, support groups, and mental health services, in order to maximize their access to care.
• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly, ensuring that students receive immediate support in high-stress situations.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our innovative electronic health record system for efficient data management.
• Engage actively in team meetings and case conferences to review patient progress and derive best practices for treatment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to continually enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

The primary focus of this role will be on children and adolescents in school settings who are experiencing mental health issues, trauma-related difficulties, or chronic life transitions. You will engage with a diverse population and will be instrumental in supporting students' emotional and psychological growth during their formative years.

• Current and active LCSW license issued by the state of California from the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in social work principles.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience working directly with children and adolescents.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment capabilities and advanced intervention skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Experience in school-based programs or familiarity with the educational system and its challenges is highly regarded.
• Background in evidence-based interventions for trauma or other relevant mental health issues.
• Knowledge and experience implementing culturally responsive practices that embrace diversity and inclusivity.

PROMIS Neurodevelopmental offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
