Hope Mental Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who holds credentials as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, to join our dynamic team. This full-time position allows candidates to work remotely while primarily serving clients through our outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct timely and coherent clinical documentation using our advanced therapist portal, which is equipped with integrated digital tools designed for seamless administrative processes.
  • Engage regularly with the Therapy Leadership Team, receiving guidance and consultation as needed, to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Deliver weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions through interactive live video calls, addressing various emotional disorders in adult clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers on our multi-disciplinary team to create comprehensive, cohesive treatment plans.
  • Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continuously evaluate and adapt individualized treatment plans, fostering optimal client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Hope Mental Solutions, you will work with a diverse adult population facing a wide array of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in a related field such as clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Possession of an independent license in the state of Oregon or the state where you reside (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) is essential. Holding multiple state licenses will be viewed favorably.
  • Demonstrable tech-savviness and a genuine enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice are necessary for an effective therapy experience.
