About No Diet Dietitian

No Diet Dietitian is a dietitian-led, dietitian-founded private practice helping clients heal their relationship with food and make lasting peace with it for life. Our care is rooted in motivational interviewing, behavioral change science, and sustainable lifestyle transformation.

Here, you're a valued part of a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together.

Why Dietitians Love Working Here

You get to focus on what matters: your patients. You'll have the time and space to build real relationships with your clients, not rushed check-ins where you're just handing out restrictions. Here, your clients actually look forward to hearing from you, and you get to be part of the change that sticks.

You're never on your own. This isn't a "you and your caseload" kind of practice. We are deeply team-oriented. Our dietitians lean on each other's expertise, collaborate on complex cases, and genuinely socialize, not just in meetings, but as a real professional community. If you've ever felt isolated in a remote role, this is the antidote.

You keep growing, on our time and our dime. We offer weekly paid learning sessions, and many of these sessions qualify for continuing education credits. Your professional development isn't something you squeeze in on weekends. It's built into your work life here.

Benefits that respect your whole life. We know not everyone wants or needs a 40-hour week. That's why we set our full-time threshold at just 30 hours, meaning you can access health insurance coverage without sacrificing flexibility. Part-time employees are eligible for excellent benefits too.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments via telehealth
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Identify patients at metabolic and behavioral risk and adjust care strategically
  • Utilize motivational interviewing and behavior-change frameworks daily
  • Stay current with nutrition science and bring new research into your practice
  • Collaborate closely with a team of RDs and leadership who are invested in your success

Who You Are

  • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN), certified and eligible to work in the USA
  • At least 2 years of nutrition counseling experience
  • Skilled in motivational interviewing (this is a core part of how we practice)
  • Passionate about the no-diet philosophy and sustainable behavior change
  • Empathetic and relationship-driven to build real rapport with clients
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and tech tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
  • Energized by collaboration and eager to grow alongside your team

Benefits

  • Competitive, guaranteed pay
  • Health insurance available at part- or full-time
  • Health insurance premium discounts at full-time
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Paid time off
  • Short-term disability coverage
  • Flexible remote schedule (hybrid option available in Vermont)
  • 1:1 mentorship
  • Weekly paid learning sessions (many CE-eligible!)
  • Specialization opportunities in Women’s Health (PCOS, menopause), Pediatrics, GI, Functional Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Eating Disorders, Diabetes Education, and more
  • Employee referral partnership program
  • Patient referral bonus program, so you can earn more on your terms
  • A family-friendly, community-driven work environment

Ready to Join Us?

If you're looking for a place where you can practice nutrition in a way that feels impactful, surrounded by people who care about the work and about each other, we'd love to hear from you.
