As an Operations Analyst, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, improve, and optimize business processes through technology-enabled solutions. You will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into effective system solutions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with organizational safety standards.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze, document, and maintain business processes, data requirements, and system functionality to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.
  • Facilitate meetings, interviews, workshops, and process walk-throughs with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define business processes, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate current business processes and systems, recommending and driving continuous improvement and business process redesign initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop conceptual solution designs and translate business requirements into detailed system specifications.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new business systems and system enhancements to validate functionality against business requirements.
  • Develop and support business process implementation and conversion plans for local and remote sites, including end-user documentation, training materials, and process guides.
  • Recognize and report product and flight safety concerns, participate in proactive safety risk analysis activities, and support organizational Just Culture principles.
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics Analytics, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business process analysis, business systems analysis, business process improvement, or a related role.
  • 2+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, or process mapping activities.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting business process redesign, process improvement, or business process reengineering initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience developing business process documentation, user guides, training materials, or standard operating procedures.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to comply with organizational safety requirements, including reporting unsafe conditions and following established safety policies and procedures.

  • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
