Employment type and schedule: Contract, remote (must be located in and authorized to work in the United States). Flexible teaching opportunities Monday–Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Session length: Typically 30–40 minutes per small-group lesson (up to four students). Compensation: Up to $24/hour.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver structured, engaging small-group reading lessons via Zoom for groups of up to four elementary students, following provided step-by-step curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintain instructional fidelity to structured literacy and Science of Reading approaches.
- Administer routine assessments, record results, monitor student progress, and document outcomes using established tools and reporting procedures.
