Through its portfolio of publications, conferences, professional development programs, and educational initiatives, it supports scientists, researchers, educators, and industry professionals worldwide. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $40.00 to $45.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Deploy ad-hoc and recurring email campaigns for a variety of stakeholders using the Eloqua Marketing Automation Platform.
  • Create and execute automated campaigns based on gathered business requirements.
  • Build emails, landing pages, and forms within Eloqua using WYSIWYG and HTML editors.
  • Use the email review and approval process including testing, proofing, feedback collection, and approvals.
  • Manage and coordinate the team’s email marketing calendar.
  • Assist with analysis of campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or IT with a focus on marketing automation.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Oracle Eloqua proficiency is a plus.
  • Basic coding experience is a plus, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of major LLMs, including Copilot and Claude, is a plus.
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to analyze requests, determine scope, research options, recommend solutions, collaborate with IT and Digital Platforms teams, and measure project success.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
