We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA MDG Consultant to design, implement, and support master data governance solutions. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, consistent, and compliant master data across the enterprise, supporting business processes and analytics.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Design and implement SAP MDG solutions for domains such as:
- Business Partner (Customer/Vendor)
- Finance (Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers)
- Configure data models, UI, workflows, and business rules in MDG.
- Define and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define master data processes and approval workflows.
- Implement data validation, derivation rules, and duplicate checks.
- Integrate MDG with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.
- Support data replication using DRF (Data Replication Framework).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems.
- Perform data migration and data cleansing activities.
- Support testing (SIT, UAT) and resolve defects.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data governance processes and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP MDG or S/4HANA certification.
- Experience with Central Finance or multi-system landscapes.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
