Support and training are provided to clients via phone, email, and live chat. We embrace active listening skills to understand and advocate for our customer’s needs. You will document the issue in Salesforce and offering a resolution, so our clients are successful. You will stay up to date on Meevo product knowledge and internal business processes. You must be able to understand and build technical knowledge of Meevo’s products, integrations, and business scenarios.I
