Position: Salesforce Architect-CPQ-Revenue Cloud

Location: Remote

About the job:

We're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in CPQ and Revenue Cloud to lead the design and implementation of scalable, compliant Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solutions. This role is critical in integrating Salesforce with tax automation platforms to ensure accurate tax calculation, exemption handling, and regulatory compliance.

  • Architect and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Lead end-to-end QTC process design and integration with ERP and tax engines.
  • Embed real-time tax automation (Avalara/Vertex) into quoting and billing workflows.
  • Configure advanced CPQ features: product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 standards.
  • Guide development teams on Salesforce best practices (Flows, Apex, Lightning).
  • Conduct solution reviews, UAT, and performance tuning.

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in CPQ and Revenue Cloud. Salesforce certifications: CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect preferred.
  • Proven integration experience with tax automation platforms (Avalara, Vertex); Knowledge of Agentforce AI and composable architecture principles.
  • Strong understanding of QTC lifecycle, RevOps, and financial compliance.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP) and middleware (MuleSoft).
