In this role, you will lead the development of customer profiles, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, activation, analytics, and enterprise integrations.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 solutions
  • Configure identity resolution, unified customer profiles, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation capabilities
  • Build and manage data ingestion pipelines across CRM, marketing, service, web, and external platforms
  • Develop enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, streaming, batch processing, Agentforce, and cloud platforms
  • Partner closely with architects, marketing teams, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Ensure strong governance, security, scalability, performance, and data quality across Data Cloud implementations
  • Support analytics and reporting use cases through segmentation, calculated insights, and customer data activation
  • Mentor junior developers and help establish development standards, best practices, and technical excellence across the team
Required Qualifications
  • Have 7+ years of experience working across the Salesforce platform
  • Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
  • Have strong skills in SQL/SOQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, and enterprise integration design
  • Bring experience across Salesforce ecosystem platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Understand identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, metrics, calculated insights, and analytics
  • Have experience building scalable data pipelines and integrating data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills in cross-functional environments
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $125,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
