Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site. Percentage of travel, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies. This resource must be willing and able to travel as required by the customer project. This is generally negotiable, but not always, and could be as high as 75%.
Job Summary:
This client-facing role designs and delivers integration and data solutions across enterprise systems. It focuses on system connectivity, data movement, and ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and usable across applications.
Essential Functions:
  • Define end-to-end integration and data architecture across Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise applications
  • Design scalable, secure solutions for system interoperability and data exchange across Oracle CX and related platforms
  • Establish architecture standards, patterns, and best practices aligned with Oracle integration and data frameworks
  • Design and oversee implementation of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and event-based architectures
  • Define integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven) based on business and technical requirements
  • Lead integration solution delivery using OIC, including orchestration design, connectivity, and error handling
  • Ensure integrations are performant, resilient, and aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices
  • Design enterprise data models aligned with Oracle application structures and lead data migration and conversion efforts from legacy systems
  • Define data mapping, transformation rules, and validation strategies to ensure data integrity and consistency across Oracle platforms
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards and data quality frameworks within Oracle environments
  • Partner with stakeholders to align on data definitions, ownership, and usage across systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into Oracle-based technical solutions and provide architectural guidance
  • Define testing strategies and continuously optimize integration and data solutions for performance and scalability

Required Education and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in integration, data architecture, or related roles
• Strong experience designing and delivering integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Proven experience with enterprise system integrations, including API design, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware solutions
• Experience leading data migration and conversion efforts, including ETL processes and data mapping from legacy systems
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Experience working on Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (CX, ERP, HCM, or similar)
