Job description

As a Remote Sales and Support Associate, your responsibilities include developing customer relationships, working to understand their needs, while contributing to sales efforts and acting as a customer advocate within our organization.


Ultimately, the role is to ensure our customers achieve their goals while using our solutions and to maintain our company’s reputation for excellent customer service.


What You’ll Do

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide product information promptly and accurately
  • Effectively communicate and present benefits and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Guide clients through the process while providing ongoing support 
  • Keep accurate documentation and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction
  • Follow up with potential customers
  • Participate in team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions to continuously improve performance.

  • Experience in sales or relevant fields, a plus but not necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals
