Instead, instructors facilitate engaging learning experiences using a variety of digital tools and authentic resources and evaluate student growth through projects, participation, and performance-based assessments.
While we provide syllabi and some, instructional guidance and resources, instructors are encouraged to bring creativity, professional expertise, and instructional flexibility to their lessons to meet the unique needs of each learner.
If you are student-centered, creative, technologically confident, and passionate about helping learners build language proficiency through meaningful connections, you will fit right in.

  • Assign and provide timely feedback on class performance, homework assignments, and projects.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate grades and academic records.
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with students, families, and LanguageBird staff as needed.
