Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Netherlands.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers across the French market. Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives to generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and relationship building. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in consultative B2B sales while working with cutting-edge technology and engaging with senior decision-makers. If you are motivated by measurable results, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in a collaborative, high-growth environment, this is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your sales career.

Accountabilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel engagement strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers, scheduling high-quality sales meetings using structured qualification methodologies such as BANT or SPICED.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers of qualified opportunities and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
  • Utilize CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales technologies to manage prospecting activities, track engagement, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including account-based marketing campaigns, events, partner referrals, and lead follow-up activities.
  • Develop creative outreach strategies tailored to the French market while continuously identifying opportunities to improve prospecting effectiveness and sales performance.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Native or fluent French and professional-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable conducting daily outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Confidence engaging with C-level executives and business decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar sales tools, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Strong qualification, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly resilient, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 20% annually) to customer events and conferences.
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity, technology sales, startup environments, or additional language skills such as Portuguese or Spanish are considered valuable assets.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Stock options program.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Flexible working hours with a fully remote work environment.
  • Home office budget to support your remote workspace.
  • Employee referral bonus program.
  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing international technology company with strong career development prospects.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that encourages ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
