Job description

Are you a caring, experienced mental health professional? Are you passionate about helping others live happy, successful lives? Mid-America Mental Health is seeking licensed therapists (LCSW/LMHC, LSW, LCPC, or MSW) and clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to join our team!

Mid-America Mental Health, located in Northwest Indiana (Munster, Valparaiso, and Gary IN), has immediate openings for multiple full-time or part-time positions (flexible hours) in its outpatient mental health clinics. The practice is also open to considering providers interested in providing telemedicine services on a remote basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental health concerns
  • Implement and review treatment plans
  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Indiana or Illinois
  • Experience in providing counseling services to a diverse population of children, adolescents, or adults
