ABOUT FALCON ELECTRIC

Falcon keeps the systems modern life depends on running where ordinary power gives out: the remote pump station, the roadside traffic cabinet, the treatment plant that can never go dark. For 35 years, when conditions are too hot, too cold, too dirty, or too far from anywhere for standard equipment to survive, engineers have specified Falcon. We build true online power protection engineered for the field, and we stand behind it without dispute.

We have something rare: a 35-year engineering reputation, the trust of the engineers who stake their projects on us, and a mission worth winning. We chose the hardest corner of the power world on purpose, and we intend to own it completely, bringing the hunger of a startup to a company that earned its credibility the hard way. Part of that bet is how we work: our vision is to be AI-native, using AI and building our own into how we operate so a focused team can move with the speed and reach of one many times its size, with AI doing the heavy lifting and people making the calls that matter. We are early. The engine is being built now, not bought off a shelf, and you will help build it.

This is a chance to build something that matters, protecting the water, transportation, and power infrastructure the world runs on, with people who move fast, own their outcomes, and are a little obsessed with winning. If that is your kind of work, come build it with us.

WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW

Falcon wins by being designed in specified into a water treatment plant's SCADA standard, a DOT's traffic-cabinet spec, or an OEM's UL 508A control panel not by transactional price competition. That is deep, relationship-led, long-cycle selling to specifying engineers, integrators, and infrastructure owners.

We'rehiring several Account Executives to drive genuine penetration in Falcon's priority industries: named-account development, design wins, and the vertical solution kits that turn one win into a repeatable motion. You don't need to already have deep experience in all three of our verticals we're looking for sellers who've built a track record selling technically specified, engineered products into industrial, infrastructure, or critical-facilities markets, and who can bring (or quickly build) the domain credibility a given vertical demands. Falcon brings a differentiated product and an AI workforce that makes you dangerous at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Yourvertical'sgo-to-market.Own the account universe, the specifying engineers, and the design-win pipeline for your assigned industry water/wastewater SCADA, industrial automation, or transportation/traffic/ITS/rail.
  • Spec-in positions.Get Falcon designed into projects, plant standards, cabinet specs, and control-panel BOMs the positions that generate durable, defensible revenue.
  • Named-accountdevelopment & close.Develop and win named accounts in the vertical through long-cycle, technically credible selling.
  • Vertical solution kits.Partner with engineering and marketing to define packaged solutions for your vertical (e.g., water SCADA cabinet, transit-cabinet kit) that make Falcon the easy default.
  • Voice of the customer.Feed vertical requirements, competitive intelligence, and lost-deal insight back to product and engineering.
  • The vertical scoreboard.Own spec-in positions and qualified design-win pipeline in your vertical, the metrics that predict revenue in a designed-in market.

FIRST 6 & 12 MONTHS

  • By day 90:A complete AI-built account and specifier map for your vertical,an activesignal feed of live projects, and first spec-in conversations underway.
  • By month 6:A qualified design-win pipeline in the vertical, first spec-in positions secured, and a defined solution kit in development.
  • By month12:Multiple design wins converting to revenue, Falconestablishedas a specifiedoptionin your industry, and a repeatable vertical playbook others can follow.

WHAT YOU BRING MUST-HAVE

  • 5+ years selling technically engineered, specified, or considered-purchase products into industrial, infrastructure, utility, municipal, or critical-facilities markets for example water/wastewater, industrial automation and controls, transportation/traffic/ITS/rail, power and energy, building infrastructure, or a related specified-equipment category.
  • Relationships with, or a demonstrated ability to build relationships with, specifying engineers, integrators, EPCs, OEMs, or municipal/DOT buyers.
  • A track recordof design wins, spec-in selling, or long-cycle industrial/infrastructure sales you can point to specific projects you got specified into.
  • Enough technical fluency to hold a credible power-protection / critical-infrastructure conversation with an engineer, or the demonstrated ability to pick up technical products quickly.
  • Comfortoperatingwith AI account-intelligence and signal tooling as a daily force multiplier.

PREFERRED

  • 7+ years and existing, activatable relationships within one of Falcon's three priority verticals: water/wastewater SCADA, industrial automation/UL 508A controls, or transportation/traffic/ITS/rail.
  • Familiarity with thevertical'scontrol ecosystem SCADA/RTU, PLC/HMI, or ITS controllers.
  • Understanding ofhow UPS and backup power fitcritical-infrastructuredesign.
  • Experience selling into more than one industrial or infrastructurevertical, ortransitioning between them.

HOW YOU'LL BE MEASURED

Falcon measures this role on spec-in positions and qualified design-winpipelinein your vertical the leading indicators of durable revenue in a designed-in market not on raw MQL or meeting counts. You will run a weekly operating rhythm against a small, clear scorecard.

We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and are committed to building a work environment that is both diverse and inclusive. You will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, creed, disability, or age.
