• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various drug treatment facilities, therapeutic approaches, and support networks available to assist clients in their recovery journey.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Nurturing Mental Health Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including those struggling with substance abuse disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and those requiring general mental health support. Your role will be pivotal in crafting tailored treatment plans that address both immediate and long-term mental wellness goals for each individual you support.

• A Master's Degree in Social Services, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required to ensure a foundational knowledge in mental health practices.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in providing therapeutic services is essential, affirming your capability in handling complex cases and fostering positive outcomes.
• Active Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is mandatory to practice legally within the state.
