As a mental health counselor at Best Of Care Inc., you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. Our clientele often seeks assistance with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and overall life transitions. • Applicants must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional is required, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Current license must be valid and free from disciplinary actions; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication.
• Strong computer literacy skills are essential for navigating our digital platforms and tools.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices is advantageous.
