Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
  • Develop tailored therapeutic strategies and implement evidence-based interventions for individuals, couples, and groups.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to facilitate effective treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights that enhance care coordination and client outcome measures.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current with best practices in mental healthcare delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will impact a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. You will be a key player in transforming lives, utilizing a strengths-based approach to empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology or a closely related field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
  • At least two years of clinical experience in counseling or psychotherapy, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic principles and practices.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practices and compliance with legal standards governing mental health services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and foster trust with clients from various backgrounds.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a telehealth setting, familiar with virtual therapy platforms and digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
