  • Conduct facility assessments, mapping, route validation, testing, and operational setup to prepare robots for production use.
  • Train frontline staff, supervisors, and facility leadership on robot operation, daily workflows, basic troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Serve as a primary technical resource for customers during deployment and post-implementation support periods.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and operational issues through both remote and onsite service activities.
  • Perform routine maintenance, software updates, system health checks, and preventative service to maximize robot uptime and performance.
  • Monitor deployed robot performance and utilization data to identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased customer value.
  • Document deployment activities, service actions, customer training completion, and support cases in company systems.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Service teams to communicate field feedback and support continuous product improvement.
  • Assist with customer demonstrations, pilot programs, and new deployment initiatives as needed.

  • Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller-level programming
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment on complex system-level problems
  • Willingness to travel for deployments and service as needed
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical systems
