Driving the future of solutions and products across all Centers of Excellence, this role focuses on better aligning offerings with evolving business needs by defining a clear vision and executing it effectively.
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end product management efforts for key elements of our technical and product-based investment offering through strategy/ideation, research/design, roadmap/planning, pricing, product launch, and go-to-market.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-level vision documents for strategic initiatives, including vision, objectives, high level approach, and success criteria (quality/scope, time-to-market, and ROI) across all platforms owned by the Centers of Excellence (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Five9, Decisions,DocuSign, RPA, Chatbot,n8n, Retool,etc.)

  • Create comprehensive discovery documents specifying the features and functionality required for the technology teams to develop. Write low-level requirements specifications and acceptance criteria.

  • Drive solution architecture for complex business use casesspanning multiple platforms and systems. Familiar with integration patterns.

  • Work with platform owners and business stakeholders to measure and monitor performance of COE products and solutions.

  • Coordinates with IT and technical teams to develop and deploy new features and new releases on schedule.

  • Prioritize future initiatives based on strategic vision, feasibility, market dynamics, client need, and financial impact, revenue potential.

  • Socialize COE product strategy, roadmaps and plans among key stakeholders.

  • Mentor junior product team members by providing guidance on project execution, stakeholder communication, and supporting data analytics.

  • Maintain knowledge of technology evolutions and consistently identify opportunities to pilot and innovateonexisting and future technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years' experience in product management or a related role.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce, Contact Center AI, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AIPowered Platforms such as n8n and Retool.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in technology and business process management.

  • Experience with Generative AI powered automations in regulated environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience insystems analysisand software development.

  • Experience in a financial services or banking environment.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
