• Counsel clients individually through secure video consultations, focusing on improving their mental well-being.
• Facilitate conversations that allow clients to discuss their emotions and experiences, fostering personal insights and relationship growth.
• Act as a client advocate by helping them define and achieve their personal goals and treatment objectives.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions, crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with a solution-focused approach.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to improve treatment techniques and discuss case studies.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Hold a full, independent license, specifically as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from the appropriate state board.
• No provisional or limited licenses are accepted; candidates must be free from any disciplinary actions.
• Ability to efficiently manage a diverse caseload independently.

• Demonstrated clinical and diagnostic skills within various mental health settings.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a sympathetic and understanding approach to client interactions.
