Job description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience with demonstrated success in developing strategies in direct, indirect, digital, field and account-base marketing programs
  • Tradeshow/conference planning and execution experience, preferred
  • OEM/Channel experience preferred
  • Salesforce/Marketing Cloud knowledge preferred
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to model a culture of accountability, transparency and data-driven decision making
  • Project management experience with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
  • Strong relationship building skills

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $68,400 to $85,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What Will You be Doing?

Develop and execute event sponsorships for WWT’s partner and industry tradeshows, includes comprehensive pre-event scoping, planning and onsite execution. Role would work in conjunction with internal stakeholders, OEM partners and external vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate success in event and project management of partner and industry tradeshows.
  • Work in partnership with sales and marketing leaders to provide seamless support to the extended organization
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns
  • Create and manage event budgets 
  • Create targeted content to drive awareness, drive demand generation, and increase sales 
  • Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency
  • Drive business plans effectively with cross-functional teams across company
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, documentation, execution, and purchasing of promotional materials, managing requirements with the creative services department
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients, and using the trends to make strategic recommendations
  • Campaign ROI analysis and reporting
  • 3rd party vendor management
  • Onsite management of sales activities and events
  • Travel as necessary to execute marketing initiatives (Up to 30% travel)
