Key Responsibilities

  • Implement duty to warn/mandated reporting processes, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction counselors, to create comprehensive, individualized treatment approaches.
  • Monitor and track clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data related to client outcomes and therapy effectiveness, using these insights to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
