• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for hospice patients to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family counseling, to address complex emotional and psychological challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance and effective patient care.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, and other social workers, to optimize patient outcomes.

• Stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health advancements, incorporating new knowledge into practice.

In your role as an LCSW, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse patient population facing various challenges related to terminal illnesses. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on hospice, palliative care, or mental health.
