• Conduct thorough mental health assessments such as psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, ensuring a holistic understanding of each client’s circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with clients to design personalized treatment plans that address specific needs, cultural considerations, and individual goals.
• Administer evidence-based interventions including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats: individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the necessary care during acute distress.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation encompassing progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
• Empower clients and their families with psychoeducation, imparting knowledge and coping strategies for effective management of mental health conditions.
• Engage in meaningful collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes with regular assessments, making data-driven adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Stay current with evolving research and best practices within the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into clinical methodologies.
• Uphold stringent ethical standards while ensuring the confidentiality of client information at all times.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
